Well-established Italian fine jewellery retailer seeking for driven sales professional for the position of Sales Associate!

Budget for this role:
S$2200 – S$3200 + Attractive commission

Job Scope

Sales Achievement:

• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, partnering with Management to develop a plan for their clients and prospects
  
• Consistently achieve and exceed the monthly individual and Boutique sales target by provide extraordinary service, selling skill and positive attitude base on sales process
  
• Good product knowledge and presentation skill in high standard and ensures a unique client experience throughout all touch points.
  
• Consistently and accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building, effectively utilizing the tools that are available
  
• Partner with Management to develop a plan to support, and participate to, in-store and offsite events and networking
  
• Assist clients with Customer Service needs maintaining the brand’s high standards.
  
• Negotiate and handle objections with ease
  
• Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the boutique
  
• Assist in the merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock
  
• Actively participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare and ensure a successful audit
  
• Assist with special projects, as needed
  
• Reporting:
  Conduct brief and provide daily report for HQ and Local management.
  
• Responsible for specific duty or any assignment
  

Requirements

• Relevant sales experiences in jewelry
  
• Pleasant, discreet and flexible dispositions to adapt to changes in the environment
  
• Superior communication skills with customers and team
  
• Proven capabilities in a customer service or sales role
  
• Conscientious, professional appearance
  
• Positive attitude and self-motivated to win every customer
