Sales Coordinator (6 Months Contract / Convertible / Basic + Bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input orders to system and ensure that all orders are processed in-line
  
• Coordinate with customer and factory for delivery schedule.
  
• Store and sort financial documents like Account payable, Account receivable, Credit/ debit note and payment details
  
• Maintain product price master list in Netsuite system
  
• Assist Sales members to follow up with customers
  
• Handling all documentation and processing of LCs
  
• On-time submission of Sales report
  
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Min diploma holder
  
• At least 2 years of sales coordinator/sales admin experience
  
• Proficiency in MS office
