Key Responsibilities

• Involve in the preparation of proposals, ensuring coordination and timely follow-ups on offers.
  
• Oversee and coordinate the timely and efficient fulfillment of orders, including the arrangement of delivery schedules.
  
• Accurately record all transactions and data entries in the system, and ensure proper filing of all related documents.
  
• Address customer queries and deliver comprehensive after-sales support.
  
• Aid in the collection of accounts receivables.
  
• Contribute to the preparation of reports as required.
  
• Continuously update product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and departmental KPIs.

• Min. Diploma

• Training is provided to an inexperienced candidate
  
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
  
• Know Micro Business Central is a plus
