Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of proposals, coordinating and follow up on offers where necessary.
- Manage &
coordinate order fulfillment timely and efficiently and arrange the delivery schedule. - Ensure all transactions and data entries are accurately recorded in the system and proper filing of all documents
- Respond to customers queries and provide after-sales support
- Assist in collection of accounts receivables
- Assist in preparation of reports where needed.
- Update product knowledge to serve customers effectively
- Achieve individual and department KPIs
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
- GCE O level or Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in the sales industry would be preferred
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
