Job Description:
- Able to handle sales enquires
- Able to follow up with customers and propose a package / solution which is best suited for them
- To prepare Quotation, SO, DO &
Invoices using in-housesystem and any other relevant documents relating to Sales or Project
- Able to communicate with our own factory and other suppliers in order to meet customer requirements
- Able to prepare presentation materials for sales meeting
- Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner
- Most importantly, positive thinking and willing to learn.
Requirements:
- Candidates with working experience in project co-ordination is an added advantage. If no experience, training will be provided.
- ITE / GCE A-Level / Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS office applications.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and consistently maintaining and meeting timelines under minimal supervision.
