Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and excellent customer service to direct customers and user departments, including responding to customers’ phone enquiries.
  
• Actively engage in sales with a strong product knowledge, recommend the best sales packages and products to customers, and assist Executives and Operations Manager in sales promotions and events.
  
• Provide sales quotations in accordance with established procedures and pricing guidelines.
  
• Help customers place orders and follow up on backorder statuses.
  
• Coordinate with Inventory Administrators, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate invoicing.
  
• Perform storekeeping duties. including receiving, stock-keeping, and issuing items. Conduct local sourcing when necessary.
  
• Assist the Parts Supervisor with inventory cycle-counting.
  
• Notify the Parts Supervisor about fast-moving items and low stock levels.
  
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and security in the store and showroom displays.
  
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
  

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with minimum GCE 'O' Level and 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  
• Equipped with storekeeping experience and is keen to progress to Parts sales.
  
• Positive working attitude with excellent customer service.
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Mondays to Fridays:

• Every Saturday:

  30 am to 12:
  30 pm
