Sales Cum Project Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

· Coordinate ongoing in-house sales activities

· Possess strong PR skills to interact with and service clients

· Visit client sites to meet with them and take measurements

· Calculate costs and pricing to prepare and issue client quotations

· Collaborate with Graphic Designers by providing client details to create artwork for client approval

· Prepare Work Orders (WO) and Delivery Orders (DO)

· Ensure accurate product fabrication by monitoring production to prevent re-fabrication

· Conduct quality checks during fabrication and on the final product before delivery to clients

· Track outstanding payments from clients and ensure prompt collection to qualify for commissions

· May need to source new clients

. Coordinator project ,liase with client

· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

· Excellent PR and interpersonal skills to interact with and service clients

· Strong sense of responsibility towards the job and clients

· Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction and high-quality end products

· Knowledge in signage and metal is an advantage

· Experience in sales

· Good teamwork skills (working with other salespeople, graphic designers, production workers, and admin/accounts staff on outstanding payments)

· Outgoing, lively, and bubbly personality

· Ability to work independently

· Quick learner
