Sales Development Representative (South East Asia Market)

Job Description:

Chat360 is a technology startup, backed by a $150M Group, that offers a Generative AI-powered customer engagement platform for enterprises across geographies. We work with 250+ Global Brand Leaders to consultatively leverage the latest AI technology to help generate more leads, enhance customer retention, and automate customer support and marketing initiatives through platforms like Facebook, Google, etc. We have processed more than 100 Million chats successfully and have positively impacted 10+ industries so far. The founding team consists of the alumni of the London Business School and IIT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate new business opportunities in the Southeast Asia market.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess their suitability for Chat360's products and services.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and educate them on the value proposition of Chat360's solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handoff of leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the South East Asia region.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of the South East Asia market landscape and business culture.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as HubSpot / Zoho
  • Fluency in English and one or more Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
