Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with both new and existing customers and distributors.
- Provide training on solutions to the sales team and distributors.
- Assist the sales team in promoting solution sales.
- Identify new market opportunities and create innovative business models for solutions.
- Oversee the full sales cycle for solutions, including requirement analysis, proposal preparation, solution testing, demonstrations, and installations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Organise and lead webinars.
- Manage project development and implementation.
- Conduct market research to analyse industry trends and competitive landscapes, identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on government grants and policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong business acumen for managing relationships with customers and vendors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of IT/Software Solutions is beneficial.
