Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Eventxology, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, securing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your daily tasks include prospecting new clients, conducting client presentations, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Client Acquisition and Management
    - Identify and target potential clients through various strategies including networking, cold calling, and industry research.
    - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    - Manage client communications and resolve any issues that arise during the event planning and execution phases.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution
    - Develop a robust sales strategy tailored to market trends and organizational goals.
    - Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline.
    - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  3. Market Analysis
    - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
    - Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
  4. Reporting and Administration
    - Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects to the management team.
    - Utilize CRM systems to ensure all sales activities are documented properly, allowing for efficient information sharing across the company.
  5. Collaboration and Team Involvement
    - Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
    - Participate in industry or promotional events (e.G., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
  6. Contract and Negotiation
    - Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
    - Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.

This role is integral to driving Eventxology’s growth and requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office with the willingness to learn if not familiar
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English proficiency in other languages is a plus.


Experience Requirements
- Preferably 1 year of sales experience preferably in the events, hospitality, or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
