Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder
  
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team to run entire Sales operation with a renowned Automotive distributor/brand.
  
• Highly analytical, Business Acumen, Strong in numbers (COE quota, Sales performance, Market Competitiveness)
  
• Strong Leadership and Customer Service experience.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Someone who is able to represent the organisation's corporate image.
  
• Confident, wiiling to learn and perseverance.
