Job Description

• Acquire new customers through proactive outdoor sales initiatives
  
• Meet and exceed in sales targets in terms of profit margin and sales revenue
  
• Optimise GP and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
  
• Engage in contract negotiation, pricing and terms &
  conditions with customers
  
• Evaluate performance via daily reports and monthly review meetings
  
• Able to pinpoint areas for improvement and add value to enhance customer satisfaction
  

Job Requirement

• At least 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding, logistics and transportation industry.
  
• Proven track record in sales development.
  
• Strong market knowledge in Freight Forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialisations in certain industry verticals
  
• A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs.
