RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within healthcare providers and clinics. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. - Cold Calling:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to generate new leads and establish initial contact. - Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. - Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of healthcare providers and clinics. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management. - Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and using data to inform strategic decisions. - Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry. - Education:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
