SALES MANAGER (PASTRY / DAIRY PRODUCTS)

Location:
North (Senoko)

Working Hours:
5.25 Days Work Week

(Mon-Fri, 8.30am to 5.45pm) &
Alternate Saturdays (8.30am to 12pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Up to S$ 6500 MAX
  
• Transport Allowance (S$ 1000)
  
• Monthly Commission
  
• 13th Month Bonus (AWS)
  
• Yearly Performance Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Business Transformation Director, Food Service
  
• Responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales and business development executives to achieve sales targets and objectives
  
• To drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  
• Collaborate closely with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals
  

Requirements:

• At least 4 years’ of experience as a Sales Manager with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  
• Strong leadership and management skills
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  
• Preferably possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications
