Sales Manager

BELIFE is a vibrant and innovative lifestyle app dedicated to enhancing the everyday experiences of our users. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating and closing business deals.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

· Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer satisfaction.

· Analyze sales data and trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

· Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.

· Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.

· Experience in customer relationship management.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.

· Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field;
Master’s degree preferred.
