The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.




Job Responsibilities:




  • Formulate and Implement Sales Strategy:
    Responsible for devising and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals, including sales objectives, market positioning, and channel strategies.
  • Team Building:
    Establish, train, and manage a high-performance sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team.
  • Market Analysis and Forecasting:
    Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to develop sales forecasts and budgets for better predicting sales performance and taking appropriate actions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Maintain close relationships with customers to ensure the provision of quality customer service, meet customer needs, address issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Business Expansion:
    Identify new business opportunities, expand the company's customer base and market share, actively seek new customers, and maintain existing customer relationships.




Job Requirements:


  • Diploma or higher, with an excellent academic background being a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and sales management, with a track record of successfully leading sales teams.
  • Experience in marketing and wholesale sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of making decisions based on market data and trends.
  • Passion for sales and customer relationships, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
