Main Responsibilities:

• Identify Sales opportunities and achieve Orders and Revenue targets.
  
• Cultivate relationships with strategic customers, partners, and inter-departments.
  
• Organize customers’ visits, events and conduct corporate presentations.
  
• Develop and manage distribution channels and including new leads.
  
• Qualify and present to prospects, sales negotiations.
  
• Develop and execute action plans with internal department PICs.
  
• Co-ordinate Pre-Sales activities and post-sales follow-up.
  
• Support marketing activities such as e-commerce, exhibition, brochures.
  
• Support proposals and quotation submission to customers’ RFQs, RFIs.
  
• Others related to Marketing activities &
  able to handle project as team leads PIC.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any Engineering discipline.
  
• At least 2 years of Sales &
  Marketing experience.
  
• Experience with Stamping house manufacturing / plastic &
  metal injection moldingor surface finishing industry background is an added advantage.
  
• Strong communication skills with customer and internal department focus.
  
• Result oriented, motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
  
• Possess a great sense of responsibility &
  teamwork spirit;
  confidence &
  willingness to work efficiently under pressure.
  
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
  
• Able to travel to Southeast Asia and willing to attend seminars which related to surface finishing including local.
