Our Description:

Lead To Success is a Sales and Marketing agency that focuses on B2B sales and face-to-face marketing. We provide our partner companies a platform to expand their clientele through personal selling and sales promotion activities.

Job Scope:

• Promote courses (eg, Skillsfuture (WSQ) courses) to Singaporeans age 25 above through face to face prospecting and roadshows
• Learning and familiarizing yourself with relevant product and course knowledge
• Understanding prospective customers needs and matching their skills to their expertise and interest
• Assist customers in their signing-up process

Job Requirements:

We are looking for individuals that exhibit these qualities :

• Team Oriented
• Outgoing personality and love to interact and engage with people
• Strong Communication skills
• Sales Background preferred
• However, No Experience needed! Be willing to learn and we'll be more than willing to teach you along the way
• Project Management skills
• Strong drive and interest in developing your leadership abilities

Schedule / Pay

• Monday to Friday (2/3 days) +
• 1 Weekend, depends on allocated schedule
• Base $12-$15 + High Commission pay ($1,200 min 20 hours a week)

Willingness to travel:

• 70% (Preferred)
