We are looking out for Sales Operations Manager with Sales Enablement experience.




  • As a subject matter expert, provide program development, planning and support to ensure that business objectives are met.
  • Develop new business management system and employ new concepts which have a significant influence on problems or issues which impact assigned programs or segments.
  • Be the Cross-Business Units projects/Regional focal and responsible for the alignment and dashboard reporting.
  • Conduct business analysis and decision support by proficiently utilizing reporting systems, including forecasting, pipeline management, quota setting and sales execution reporting etc.
  • Analyze customer, industry and market trends along with competitor actions to generate market intelligence report &
    status updates.
  • As needed coordinates planning activities with other stake holding functions &
    deep dives to derive actionable strategies in trouble areas
  • Works closely with sales management and segment leaders to improve predictability and linearity and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Provides and distributes different reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for implementing company strategies and initiatives


REQUIREMENTS:


  • University degree with min 8 years’ experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement or Business Analysis and with regional experiences
  • Experience in problems analysis, create solutions involving finance, technology, methodology, and tools conducting competitive intelligence research, preferably in the high-tech industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and good command of MS office software, preferable with knowledge in SQL / Qlik sense / Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting competitive intelligence research, preferably in the high-tech industry is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Biz analytics and proficiency in using PowerPoint, MS Excel;
    advanced Excel skill isneeded.
  • Applicants should be strong in Communication Skill, Drive for Results and Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situation.
  • Candidate must be independent, hardworking, responsible, good team player able to work under pressure &
    highly committed to thejob.
