Reporting to:
Senior Account Manager

As Sales Support Officer will be responsible for:

• Product service requests (coordination with fragrance evaluation team and customer for sample perfume clearance, perfume dosage recommendation for product base adaptation, claim support, including the preparation of the reports)
  
• Application samples request and preparation. Client’s product base registration
  
• Perfume oil sample requests for Singapore/Indonesia production
  
• Project/Fragrance submission presentation support on PowerPoint
  
• Support Submission Kit preparation
  
• Local/overseas samples dispatch arrangement
  
• Regulatory, technical &
  technology documentation request
  
• Raw Material Review (RMR)/Halal Certification processing &
  request
  
• Project system housekeeping (IBIS), New Business Order reporting
  
• Secondary contact point to provide quotations to SEAA client procurement
  
• Fragrance quotation in IBIS entry
  
• Internal/External meeting and event coordination’s
  
• Travel request for managers
  
• Proactively track, follow up, monitor client’s request fulfilment and action accordingly, con-nect with relevant team members and external to solve.

Your professional profile includes:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder with an interest in the fragrance industry
  
• Clear written and verbal communication
  
• Proficient with MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
  
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, be proactive and manage complexity in a fast pace environment Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and openness to learning
  
• Good organizational and project management skills
  
• Able to handle highly confidential information
