As a Salesforce Einstein Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein capabilities. With expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and Salesforce development, you will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of intelligent Salesforce applications. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce Einstein capabilities. Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein, including Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery, Einstein Next Best Action, and Einstein Bots. Implement and configure Salesforce Einstein features to enable AI capabilities within Salesforce applications. Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using Salesforce Einstein tools and custom development, driving data-driven insights and recommendations. Perform data analysis and data preprocessing tasks, ensuring data quality and suitability for AI model training and evaluation. Integrate AI/ML algorithms and models within Salesforce applications to enhance business processes and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and architects, to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of AI solutions. Test and debug AI solutions, identifying and resolving any issues or bugs in collaboration with the development team. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Salesforce Einstein, evaluating new features and technologies for potential adoption. Provide technical guidance and support to other developers and administrators in leveraging Salesforce Einstein features and functionalities. Document technical specifications, code, and processes related to Salesforce Einstein development. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum of 2 years of experience in experience in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce and Tableau CRM Einstein Analytics Strong Salesforce experience with exposure to Sales Cloud Strong in creating Lightning components (Aura knowledge is a must, LWC will be additional advantage) Proven experience as a Salesforce Einstein Developer, implementing AI-driven projects on the Salesforce platform. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Einstein features, including Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery, and Einstein Next Best Action. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for AI/ML model development and integration. Experience with data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques for AI model training. Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and libraries, such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch. Knowledge of Salesforce development languages and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, are a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and experience in Salesforce development practices (e.G., Salesforce DX, version control, CI/CD) is a plus.
