We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of sales operations within a fast-paced and innovative company.
The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success, SEA/AUNZ/JP,to support various initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall sales performance.
1) Collaboration with Regional Head:
Report and work closely with the Regional Head of Artists and Labels Success, SEA/AUNZ/JAPAN, who will serve as your mentor.
Engage in collaborative projects with the Data Analytics APAC Manager to contribute to various initiatives.
2) Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist in gathering sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate regular reports on key sales metrics and performance indicators.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, lead &
opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
3) Sales Support:
Assist Regional Head of Artists and Labels Successin the creation of sales presentations, and other supporting materials.
Support the sales team to address inquiries and provide necessary information.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including Go-To-Market, Learning and Development, and more, to ensure alignment of goals and processes.
