Security Officer (Hotel)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance, servicing and ensure regular checks and servicing of:
  Fire alarm systems, EM LOCK and magnetic door systems,Guestroom lock systems ELsafe units, CCTV systems, Public announcement systems, Car park collection systems Panic and PWD button system.
  
• Oversee the loading and unloading bay, driveway, and basement car park to ensurenall.Loading and unloading activities conpleted within time frame.
  
• Control and distribute complimentary car park tickets.
  
• Respond to various incidents during shift, ranging from security breaches to guestroom lock and ELsafe issues.
  
• Complete security incidents, accidents, and emergencies, prioritizing report by end of daily shift.
  
• Enforce security protocols and procedures to protect guests, colleagues and property.
  
• Manage access control systems, such as key card access, to prevent unauthorized entry.
  
• Prrform random bag check to all colleagues who exit the building.
  

Job Requirements

• 1 year experience as Security preferably within hotel industry.
  
• Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
  
• Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
  
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
  
• Police, CISCO or SAF regular experience will be an advantage.
