Senior Account Executive -Airlines Merchandise

This role contributes to KrisShop Batik label success through high involvement in development of Singapore Airlines Batik, Scoot merchandise for all channels:
Inflight, E-commerce, Internal corporate sales;
and brand collaboration. Responsible for merchandise development plans within Singapore Airlines, Scoot and KrisShop standard. Identifying consumer trends and sales opportunities, ensuring profitability and inventory management through activation and campaigns. Review market trend, evaluate suppliers and initiatives of process alignment.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Support the success of key strategies through high involvement in the development of annual strategic planning as well as launch period for all channels and initiatives to support overall strategic directions of the company.

Merchandise development

-Manage and collaborative work processes with both external and internal cross functional teams to ensure successful planning, development, roll out and execution of merchandise launch

-Responsible for end-to-end process of merchandise

-Ensure external parties abide by agreed timeline of completion

-Conduct rigorous and meticulous of artwork and sample check

-Ensure food safety and regulatory requirements specific to the merchandise developed

-Liaise with Singapore Airlines/Scoot branding team for assets application approval

-Perform market research and competitive / trend analysis, and recommend strategies for new / existing products .Conduct competitive pricing benchmarkand required margin

-Work closely with operation and TR team to ensure sound planning and implementation of listing activities and incoming shipment

Requirements

-Proficient in Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint

-Data sensitive &
analytical

-Strong sense of ownership, results driven with problem solving skills

-Independent worker and a team player who can work collaboratively and positively with both internal and external parties

-Detail-oriented with high accuracy and effective time management
