Account Executive


Job Requirements


- Min. 1 year of relevant working experience, with hospitality, sales or training background preferred - Retail sales experience will be an advantage
- Possess good communication, good command of English
- Possess good rapport building skills


- Self-motivated and committed individual with high level of initiative - Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to multi-task


Job Responsibilities


  1. Administrative
    - Consolidation of applicants, recruitment and screening of new candidates. - Profile deck creation including photos on site.
    - Generation of reports.
    - Preparation of part timer payroll.
    - To ensure collection made from client after project completion.
  2. On-site Supervision
    - Ensuring Brand Ambassadors attendance and punctuality on-site.
    - Briefing, coaching and monitoring of Brand Ambassadors.
  3. Others
    - To assist in any ad-hoc projects/activation and any other work assigned to you from time to timewithin reasonable capacity.
