Senior Accountant/Finance Manager, Revenue Assurance

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will play a key role for Revenue Assurance functions of Blueback Global Inc.

This role involves partnering with the respective:

- Client Advisors, to ensure all invoices are accurate, prompt, up to date. All out-of-scope work need to be closely reviewed and invoicing plan in place.

- in-country Accountants (internal) or external local service providers (“LSP”) to ensure all vendors transactions have been properly processed and are accounted for.

Although this role largely supports internal accounting and finance, the successful candidate is also required to interact with Blueback Global’s clients and vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Revenue Assurance

• a. Monthly invoicing preparation and review
  
• b. Work with Operation Teams in India, UK and HK on data for rebilling
  
• c. Accountability for accurate billing
  
• d. Continuously seeking invoice process improvement
  
• e. Income accrual process and improvement
  
• f. Credit Control function
  

2. Accounts Payable

• a. Record all Vendor invoices received weekly, in an Excel tracker
  
• b. Ensure the individual line items in each LSP invoice is tracked and coded e.G., for Payroll, Accounting, Tax Compliance services rendered
  
• c. Input all LSP invoices into the accounting system on a timely basis
  
• d. Review LSP invoices payment with Corporate Controller
  
• e. Process payments in a timely manner
  
• f. Follow-up with LSPs on account reconciliation
  
• g. Prepare monthly AP Ageing report and provide commentary and follow-up actions
  
• h. Work with Accountants from other related entities to reconcile any inter-company AP transactions
  

3. Handle full GL of smaller related entities

4. Assist in any other Adhoc projects, such as system implementation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A. Degree in accounting or equivalent fields
  
• B. Minimum 5 years of full GL experience
  
• C. Experience in handling large volume of transactions is a must
  
• D. Proficient in MS Excel
  
• E. Experience in Process improvement and Revenue Assurance is a plus
  
• F. Experience in using Netsuite accounting software will be preferred
