Senior Accounts Executive (East/West/Full Set Of Accounts)

Responsibilities:

· Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and full sets of accounts, including monthly and yearly closing processes

· Prepare monthly cash flow statements

· Prepare journal entries and perform data entry

· Ensure timely closing of month-end and year-end accounts

· Prepare account schedules

· Prepare and submit quarterly withholding tax and GST returns

· Assist in variance analysis, budgeting, management reporting, and inventory management

· Prepare financial statements for statutory and tax reporting purposes

· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and banks

· Prepare monthly management reports

· Compile quarterly consolidation reports via portal

· Oversee the renewal of major export schemes

· Monitor monthly and yearly budgets

· Provide guidance to and review the work of two accounts assistants

· Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in accounting with at least 1 - 2 years full set accounts exeperience
  
• Able to work well independently and as a team, handling stress under tight deadlines with commitment
  
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.
  
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS ExcelAdded Advantages
