Job Descriptions :
- Responsible for full set of accounts
- Leading and managing small teams
- Review and handle accounting activities and matters for 3 entities in Malaysia and partially for 1 entity in Singapore
- Responsible for annual statutory audit process and local statutory compliance submissions and ensure timely completion for Malaysia entities
- Ensure that all matters related to year end statutory audit and tax filings are attended to in a timely manner and in compliance with regulatory requirement
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent and company secretary on related matters
- Review invoices and payment and ensure posting is done correctly in systems
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly financial statement, management reports
- Arrange, coordinate and perform annual inventory count
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year full set account working experience.
- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent
- Responsible, team player who is proactive and independent, warm personality with strong communication skills
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application and accounting system
