Senior Accounts Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle full sets of accounts including data entry into the accounting system.
  
• AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.
  
• AR duties include monitoring aging reports, sending Statement of Accounts, following up on outstanding debts, and recording incoming payments.
  
• Handle funding claims and audit support.
  
• Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book and GST filing preparation.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and processes for accounting &
  finance functions.
  
• Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting-related matters.
  
• Cross-functional support on ad hoc reports and/or accounting matters.
  
• Any other ad-hoc duties related to administrative work.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  
• Minimum with 5 Years of experience in accounting/ finance, with construction accounts management is a plus.
  
• Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• 5 days work week
