job description
- Installation of air-conditioning systems (eg. FCU)
- Perform testing and commissioning of air conditioning systems
- Supervise and ensure proper installation works done by the sub-contractors
- Perform servicing, maintenance &
troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems - Diagnose and repair of air-conditioning system
- Feasibility pre-installation design proposal as well as installation works
- Chemical Cleaning &
Overhaul Cleaning - Experience with split unit or VRV servicing
- Ensure proper document, service report for maintenance works
- Attend complaint related to Building Air Con and ventilation works
- Supervise and ensure all works are carried out safely with safety procedures
- Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
