Senior Analyst/Manager (Investment) - Real Estate

We are recruiting for a Listed Real Estate Company and their current AUM stands at about SGD3 billion and looking to continue to grow. They will be focusing on industrial/logistics spaces and have the capability to acquire land/projects under development.

Reporting to the VP, you will be carrying out financial modelling and feasibility studies for Investments, evaluating and structuring real estate deals and manage the deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc

You will be analysing performance at both asset level and at portfolio level as well as supporting the business development efforts for investment and development opportunities. You will be preparing investment proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentation and approval papers to the Investment Committee / Board etc. You will also support in overseeing business plans, budgeting, financial analysis and approvals post-acquisition

Requirements

1. Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Business or equivalent and preferably with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in real estate / investments / investment banking. Those with more relevant years of experience will be considered at Manager capacity.
   
2. Property industry knowledge and/or CFA qualification will be an added advantage
   
3. Analytical, resourceful with good communication skill
   
4. Strong in financial modeling
   
5. Willingness to travel
