Senior Assistant Manager, Surgical & Spec Svcs(5827) - Alexandra Hospital

Job Responsibilities*
You will be responsible for the following:

• Support the Integrated General Hospital (IGH) F&
  E Workgroups
• Coordinate and organize workgroup meetings
• Provide secretariat support (prepare slides, minutes writing etc.)
• Prepare required procurement documents e.G., approval paper
• Ensure all purchases are in accordance with NUHS procurement policy
• Report workgroup progress and escalate when risk of not meeting timeline
• Partner the CIFO in coordinating any renovation projects and future Integrated General Hospital (IGH) development in service points
• Responsible to handle any renovation projects in MOT/DSOT
• Responsible to ensure no service affected during renovation period
• Ensure smooth handover and takeover from contractor
• Ensure stakeholders are well informed and expectations are set before and after the renovation of service points
• To plan and ensure minimal service disruption during renovation
• Participate in the IGH OT workshops and ensure all the required follow up are completed timely
• Partner OT ops colleague to support ground operations
• Provide support to the ground operations at MOT/DSOT
• Help to resolve ground issues and services are not impacted
• Work with respective stakeholders to review workflow, identify areas for improvement and propose ways to improve efficiency
• Any other tasks assigned

Requirements*

• Minimum 3 years' work experience in healthcare industry
• Healthcare operational experience will be advantageous although not necessary
• Analytical, quantitative with strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Good analytical and organization skills
• Excellent communication, problem solving, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skill
