Senior/Assistant Qs Manager (Tender)

Your key responsibility will be:
-

• To develop tender strategies and responsible for tender estimation, including but not limited to quantity take off, cost estimation etc.
  
• To prepare tender submission, including qualification and quantification documents.
  
• To coordinate all parties to provide accurate analysis on the participated project including collating of critical information and preparation of final submission documentation.
  
• To conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting including evaluation and award of contract.
  
• To prepare development plan to client aligning to Master Industry Plan (Familiar with industry market trend to provide input and ideas on what key propositions to bring to clients and knowledge in Design &
  Build Tender is preferred)
  
• To do presentation to Management on the tender submission proposal.
  
• To do presentation to Potential Client / Consultants on submission proposal and good at negotiation
  
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
