Senior Data Analyst

Job Objectives

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems, with a focus on applying AI and machine learning techniques to medical imaging or healthcare datasets. This role requires strong programming skills and familiarity with deep learning frameworks, as well as hands-on experience in developing various AI models. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing models, and deploying solutions to drive insights and improve outcomes in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT systems with a focus on data analytics and AI applications.
  
• Apply AI and machine learning techniques to medical imaging and healthcare datasets.
  
• Develop and implement models for image classification, object detection, segmentation, video analytics, and multimodal analysis.
  
• Utilize programming skills (Python, etc.) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) to build and refine models.
  
• Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  
• Continuously evaluate and improve models to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  
• Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance.
  
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field.
  
• 8-10 years of experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
  
• Solid experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to medical imaging or healthcare datasets.
  
• Proficiency in programming (Python, etc.) and extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience in developing models for image classification, object detection, segmentation, video analytics, and multimodal analysis.
  
• Model deployment experience is preferred.
  
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Highly driven, proactive, and a strong team player.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in computer science, data science, or a related field.
  
• Experience in healthcare or medical imaging industry.
  
• Knowledge of big data technologies and platforms.
  
• Experience with cloud-based AI and machine learning services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
  
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
