About the Role:


  • Provide customer support, management, and service recovery.
  • Business partner to sales and marketing, working in collaboration to fulfil customer requirements.
  • Key member in the development of tender management protocol and process
  • Key member in the management of FSCA activities
  • Key member of regional operations team.
  • Ensure Strict Compliance with OSP QMS, maintaining zero non-conformance records within the customer operations team.


This is a 1-year contract role.




Roles and responsibilities:




Customer Tender Management


  • Capture and understand tender scope, timeline, and requirements.
  • Manage the working group to ensure on-time delivery of the shipment.
  • Collaborate and partner with sales PIC to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Manage customer expectations.
  • Seek and establish solutions for non-standard requirements.
  • Ensure clear communication protocols and information sharing.


Management of FSCA Activities


  • Manage FSCA recall &
    return, reimbursement claims and any related issues.
  • Provide monthly recall and claim progress updates to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental and follow-ups closely to ensure closure before the timeline.
  • Ensure all FSCA recall activities align with QARA standards.
  • Involvement and support in reviewing and streamlining FSCA recall / return processes and workflows.


Service Improvements


  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement actions.
  • Lead and own process improvement initiatives.
  • Work with relevant functions to develop appropriate solutions.


Business Partner


  • Act as a business partner and consultant to sales and marketing through transparent and effective communication.
  • Establish a deep understanding and relationship with the target customer.
  • Explore out-of-the-box solutions to better meet customer needs.
  • Establish a productive and cordial working relationship with key stakeholders. including business outsourcing partner.


Projects and assignments


  • Support and involvement in the development of tender management protocol and process.
  • Support and involvement in export documentation and process management.
  • Support for all aspects of regional operations function within the organization and performs a wide variety of duties for regional operations activities.

What we are looking for:


  • Diploma/ITC/O/A level in Business or Supply Chain is preferred but not a must.
  • At least three years of working experience in Purchasing, Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Purchasing function preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP software applications.
  • Able to interact with people of all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed to liaise very closely with vendors, customers, and 3rd Party Logistics. Possesses good negotiation skills preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses exceptional communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills, along with a strong commitment to collaborative teamwork to work with all levels of staff is important.
  • Meticulous and comfortable to handle large quantities of documents.
  • A good team player who is proactive, meticulous, and able to work under tight deadlines.
