A research-intensive public university, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) has 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Engineering, Business, Science, Humanities, Arts, &
Social Sciences, and Graduate colleges. It also has a medical school, the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, established jointly with Imperial College London.
Senior Executive, Graduate Studies

• To support the end-to-end administration of the Graduate programmes and ensure quality services for students and faculty in the school.
• To manage the administration of Graduate programmes including admission, scholarship renewals, funding management, appointment of supervisors and TAC, Qualification Examination.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the applications for admissions.
• Arrange the qualification examinations for students.
• Funding and scholarship management
• Manage the submission of progress reports and renewal of awards for students
• Manage the submission of job claims for Graduate Assistantship Programme
• Manage the application of non-graduating non-exchange research students

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, in any discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the Tertiary Education.
• IT knowledge, proficient in MS office application
• Demonstrated ability to understand and to work in an academic environment
• Demonstrated ability in analytical, planning and organizational abilities
• Possesses characteristics of being assertive and meticulous
• Able to work independently and as a team
