Senior Executive (Marketing)

Job Scope

1. To collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that aligns with our company's objectives.

2. To create marketing contents including brochures, newsletters, product bulletins, product videos, advertisements, update website content, and social media posts.

3. To create and execute Email Marketing Campaigns.

4. To manage Marketing Calendars.

5. Copy-writing for all marketing requirements.

6. Manage digital marketing channels such as social media, paid advertising and email marketing to drive traffic and generate leads.

7. To conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.

8. To prepare, present &
execute monthly reportson marketing activities, highlighting key insights, recommendations for optimization and closing rates for lead generations on both prospective and existing customers.

9. To reinforce customer service experience by overseeing the design, content management, navigation, performance marketing and functionality of the different marketing platforms.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).

2. A must is that you have your own website that shows that you are able to adequately promote yourself.

3. Excellent command of English and proven record of copywriting experience. Strong ability to articulate your thoughts confidently.

4. Experience with the following software:
MailChimp, WordPress, Microsoft365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Sharepoint), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere.

5. Diploma or Bachelors degree with an aspect in Marketing, or 3 years equivalent job experience.

6. Experience in running advertisements in Google Ads &
Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, etc.

7. Able to travel overseas when required.
