Reporting to the Manager, Experience Intelligence, Innovation &
Research, you will playa key role in managing the data and informatics platform/channel to drive and improve Patient Experience (PEx) outcomes at KKH. You will work with service areas to understand their processes and needs to support their utilisation of PEx data for improvement and implementation of interventions. You are required to integrate and analyse data using statistical methods, perform analysis and highlight changing PEx data trends to relevant service areas, and thereafter engage and guide them in understanding of their PEx reports and participate in the implementation of improvement initiatives towards enhancing patient experience. In addition, you will participate in the development and maintenance for appropriate query and survey tools to support PEx data and informatics as well as execute the PEx data intelligence strategy such as data management, analytics, performance monitoring and benchmarking.
Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in benchmarking and statistical tools and techniques, and knowledge in improvement methodology tools and techniques
  • Proficient in Tableau or UiPath (Robotic Process Automation) would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation skills and able to write well
  • Able to work independently with strong analytical and problem solving skills
