Senior Executive, Restaurant Supervisor (F&B, Western)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the managers with the daily operations management of the outlet.
  
• Assure that the needs of the guests are met and suggest the promotional goods to them.
  
• Liable for all cash quantities within the store in absence of the manager.
  
• Mentor and instruct both new hires and current employees to uphold company standards.
  
• In charge of opening and closing the outlet.
  
• Inform the manager of any problems with operations.
  
• In charge of the maintenance of the outlet
  
• In charge of inventory.
  
• Hiring and training employees.
  
• Overseeing employees and giving them advice.
  

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level
  
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in F&
  B.
  
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
