The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in providing HR operational support to local Schools (units) on Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion &
Tenure and Exit Management process within the University.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR matters which include administering and processing the Appointment,
Reappointment, Promotion &
Tenure and Exit Management for Faculty in the assigned School
- Provide HR operational and secretariat support to school level committees formed for the
appointment, reappointment, promotion &
tenure for Faculty
- Provide HR advisory support on related processes and procedures
- Ensure tasks and enquiries undertaken are resolved and completed in a timely manner in
accordance with the service level agreements (SLA)
- Involve in coordinating activities in supporting University level meetings
- Drive and/or participate in projects and process reviews
Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related disciplines
  • Strong writing skills is essential
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
  • Proficient in Workday is an advantage.
