Senior Finance Executive (Ap) - Supervisory - $3. 8k To $5k, Hkh

• Verify payment requests submitted by the Payment team.
  
• Plan payment run for institutions and ensure payments are effected according to the agreed payment schedule.
  
• Review bank reconciliations performed by the team, ensure reconciling items are followed up promptly, including clearing of transactions with DDA arrangements.
  
• Review withholding tax assessment to ensure tax returns are in accordance to Singapore’s Withholding Tax guidelines.
  
• Involve in system improvement projects e.G. User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  
• Supervise, train and manage staff including setting of KPIs and conducting regular feedback sessions etc.
  
• Review work processes to promote efficiency and strengthen internal control procedures.
  
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

• Min Degree in Accounting
  
• Min 4 years of AP accounting exp
  
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience of supervisory experience.
