Senior Finance Executive Full Sets / Audit / Consolidation / Taxation / Gst / Inventory

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy, CPA holder preferably with 8 years relevant financial reporting experience, preferably with exposure in the trading &
  manufacturing sector and/or fund management industry
  
• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  
• Good problem solver with strategic thinking abilities &
  possess good interpersonal skills

• Strong sense of integrity
  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and a full set of accounts.
  
• Prepare quarterly/half-yearly financial reports and board papers for a listed entity
  
• Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  
• Prepare monthly analysis and review the financials of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries
  
• Formulate, review, and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  
• Assist in all finance-related matters. This includes maintaining finance records, reconciliation, and managing the administration of finance processes.
  
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other job duties which may be assigned from time to time.
  
• Financial management and review of Sales, Inventory and Service activities and costs
  
• Preparing financial management reports, including monthly and annual financial planning and forecasting, advising on tax
  
• Co-ordinate the work through the process between management, bank relationship manager, and external auditor
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and the relevant accounting standards
  
• Prepare journal entries with supporting documents in accordance with accounting principles and IFRS
