Job Scope



  • Manage the end to end cycle of a recruitment process for operation employees, which includes placement of job ads, conduct interviews and selection processes, initiating job offers and onboarding process of new hires across all project sites.
  • Administer and monitor MOM system for work pass application, renewal and termination including submission of levy waiver.
  • Provide counselling and resolve employee grievances up to supervisors’ level.
  • Facilitate the confirmation and annual performance review process, collaborating with clients on comprehensive assessments for site employees and prepare relevant communication to all.
  • Manage, process and communicate re-employment contracts of those above statutory retirement age.
  • Process exit clearance of out-going employees including computation of leave balance, preparation of acceptance of letters and conduct exit interviews.
  • Administer and source relevant training programs required by site management including relevant grant application process
  • Manage workmen compensation and foreign workers insurance renewal and claim process.
  • Support the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
  • Administer and manage MOM surveys
  • Administer employees’ benefits claims using Infotech system
  • Maintain and ensure validity of employees’ database


Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree holders preferably in HR related discipline
- At least 6 years’ experience in HR executive role in SME background
- Willingness to work in a manpower-centric sector
- Meticulous and able to work independently
