The Challenges:

HR Generalist Functions:

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and policy adherence.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations.
  

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  

Claims &
Benefits Administration

• Administer and oversee the processing of overtime claims for healthcare professionals and support staff.
  
• Ensure accurate calculations, documentation, and timely disbursement of OT payments.
  
• Address queries related to OT claims from employees and provide necessary support.
  
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other welfare initiatives.
  
• Assist employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits, addressing concerns or discrepancies.
  

What It Takes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on generalist functions within the healthcare industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
