Senior Hse Executive / Manufacturing Mnc / West

Our Client is a Manufacturing industry MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an HSE Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audits and inspections to identify facility hazards and areas for improvement.
  
• Lead safety meetings in various operational areas.
  
• Monitor, interpret, and communicate HSE regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  
• Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses promptly, providing recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Address and follow up on HSE issues or non-compliance identified by external parties, ensuring timely resolution.
  
• Work with management and operational teams to develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems, policies, procedures, and standards.
  
• Coordinate with external parties, including certification bodies, government agencies, principals, and customers, on HSE-related matters.
  
• Create and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees and contractors on safe work practices and procedures.
  
• Track and report HSE performance metrics, including both leading and lagging indicators.
  
• Fulfill the duties of a Fire Safety Manager as required by the Fire Safety Act.
  
• Any ad-hoc duty as given
  

Requirements

• Min WSH Level C or a degree in WSH.
  
• Registered Fire Safety Manager
  
• Registered Safety Officer
  
• Min 4 years of safety experience in manufacturing or marine industries.
