You report to the HR Manager and responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate training programs at both headquarters and regional levels for employees in Singapore and across the Asia Pacific offices.
  • Select participants for training and assess training materials.
  • Manage the organisation and logistics of both in-person and online training sessions, including scheduling, facility bookings, logistics coordination, invoice processing, and budget management.
  • Work closely with headquarters, the team, and various stakeholders to review and gather feedback on training initiatives, addressing employee needs and skill gaps.
  • Maintain training records, including histories, certifications, and academic sponsorship, and oversee the upkeep of internal learning systems, providing system administration and support as needed.
  • Design and manage a SharePoint Online site housing resources such as training publications, course calendars, policies, and references.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc improvement projects and provide support for training initiatives as required.


A successful candidate should have:

  • Qualified Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS tools.
  • Well-organised with strong time-management skills.
  • Possesses strong initiative and self-motivation, excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
