Job Descriptions

• Provide advanced technical support for billing systems, ensuring uptime, reliability, and performance optimization.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to billing processes and systems.
  
• Design, develop, and implement solutions to enhance billing system functionalities and efficiency.
  
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in billing operations.
  
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements into business terms and vice versa.
  
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  
• Participate in testing and deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration of new functionalities and updates.
  
• Provide training and support to end-users on billing system functionalities and best practices.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT application support and business analysis, with a focus on billing systems.
  
• Experience in MS Dynamics 365 / Salesforce or equivalent
  
• Experience in one full project / SDLC
