Senior Kyc Onboarding Analyst

What you'll do:

As a Senior KYC Onboarding Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the integration of new clients into our client's global markets. You will be responsible for assessing each client's onboarding scenario, applying appropriate customer due diligence measures, providing daily AML/KYC advice, and coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process. Your ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders will be crucial in obtaining necessary approvals and setting up static data. Additionally, your expertise will be relied upon to support front office operations in completing periodic KYC reviews and meeting other regulatory requirements.

• Manage the overall onboarding of new clients or expansions for existing clients.
  
• Assess each client Onboarding scenario and apply the appropriate level of Customer Due Diligence.
  
• Provide day-to-day Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/KYC advice and guidance to Client and internal stakeholders.
  
• Highlight significant AML/KYC/sanctions compliance issues and advise on implications of changes in regulation to the Onboarding process.
  
• Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding request from front to back, liaising with external clients, internal support groups and business partners on KYC, legal documents required for trading.
  
• Obtain credit approval and static data set up.
  
• Support front office to complete the KYC periodic reviews and other regulatory remediation requirements.
