We are looking to hire a Senior Learning Executive for the APAC territory. As part of the Learning &
Development team, you will initiate, support and implement world class learning plans, initiatives and systems that support the wider business goals of Johnson Controls.


As a Senior Learning Executive with several years of experience in program management, you will work closely with team members to set up and drive new/existing programs for our colleagues – with a key focus on Sales &
Leadership capability enablement. Collaborating with the best sellers, subject matter experts and leaders within the business on a global basis, you will immerse yourself in our fast-paced business and regularly engage key internal stakeholders/customers. You will also earn the right to be exposed to the most cutting-edge digital developments in the world of Building Management Solutions.


Keeping our diverse array of learning journeys, pathways and resources current and relevant on our state-of-the-art digital learning platform, will be one of your strengths. Expertise in adult learning as well as being adept at tying your work to measurable outcomes will be your other.

What you will do:


  • Lead and execute Sales, Technical and Leadership training programs across Asia Pacific regions
  • Engagement with key stakeholders - Directors, Sales Leaders, HR Leads, Subject Matter Experts on training needs analysis
  • Design and curate up-to-date learning curriculums
  • Facilitation of learning initiatives
  • Deploy programs and oversee end to end training practices (Including training logistics, scheduling, registration process, calendar invites, video conversion, security of learning assets, resource planning and evaluation summary)


What we look for:


  • Preferably Degree holder in Electrical, HVAC related professional
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in design and developing training modules
  • Passion to learn and impart knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a good ability to build relations with employees and external parties
  • Good project management, presentation skills and analytical skills
  • Strong data analysis capability

How Would You Accomplish This?


  • Identify customized learning needs for APAC that may be specific to each local market segment. Collaborate with an internal design and development team to produce learning content
  • Consult and support the Go-to-Market internal sales campaign
  • Use your strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with a wide range of SMEs and internal customers
  • Deliver parts of the curriculum if required to enable closer working relationships with our students and stakeholders
  • Analyze business needs and directly link performance outcomes to the business metrics
  • Define and manage quality and metrics of all program elements
  • Incorporate new product learning as appropriate that has been developed by the wider team
  • Manage project timelines and delivery schedules, as well as track and measure results
  • Be a role model and driver for global standards and quality outcomes
