Senior M&E Coordinator

Job Description

• Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural/Structural/M&
  E trades on site ;
  
• Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress ;
  
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications ;
  
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Knowledge in Architectural/Structural/M&
  E works ;
  
• Diploma or Relevant Trade Certificate ;
  
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural/Structural/M&
  E works ;
  
• Able to work independently and in a team
